About TRULINE
A local company built on keeping its word.
We started in Beckley with a pickup truck, a ladder, and a refusal to cut corners. Eight years later, that hasn't changed. This is who we are, why we do this, and what you can expect when you hire us.
Truline wasn't built to be the biggest. It was built to be the one you'd call back.
Somewhere along the way, the roofing industry lost the plot. Quotes got padded. Phones stopped getting answered. Promises made on the front porch quietly disappeared by the time the final invoice arrived. We've been in this trade long enough to see it happen up close, and long enough to know it didn't have to be that way.
When Truline started in 2017, we weren't trying to reinvent anything. We just wanted to do the work the right way. Show up when you said you would. Price the job honestly. Install the roof the way the manufacturer wrote it. And if something isn't right, come back and make it right. No fight, no bill.
Most of our jobs still come from the same place our first ones did: a neighbor, a friend, someone at church who passed our name along. That kind of trust doesn't happen by accident. It's earned one job at a time, and we don't take it lightly.
Thank you for reading this far. If you ever need a roof, or just an honest second opinion, our number's on every page of this site. Someone from our team will pick up.
The people behind every Truline roof.
When you call Truline, one of these faces answers. Every project, start to finish.

The non-negotiables.
Five things we've done the same way since day one.
We answer the phone.
And when we miss a call, we call back the same day. You shouldn't have to chase down the roofer you already hired.
The price doesn't change.
If we miss something in our estimate, that's on us. You're not going to get a call halfway through the job asking for more money.
We follow the instructions.
Every shingle comes with specs from the manufacturer. We follow them. It's the only way your warranty actually holds up when you need it.
We clean up after ourselves.
Tarps go down before we start. We sweep, blow, and run the magnet before we leave. You shouldn't be finding nails in the yard a month later.
We walk the roof with you before we leave.
If anything's off, we fix it right then. Not after we've invoiced. Not after we're on to the next job.
The standards we hold every job to.
We're a family-owned and veteran-owned company, and we run jobs the way a family business should — accountable to the people in the community, not to a corporate playbook. These are the things you can count on every time.
-
Leadership stays close to the work.
Kevin is hands-on with projects and stays involved. When you have a question or a concern, you're not going through three layers to get an answer.
-
Estimates happen within 48 hours.
We come out, take photos, measure, and get you a written quote — usually the same day we see the roof.
-
Every crew works to our standard.
Whoever is on your roof is held to the same standard. The work gets inspected, the details get checked, and the result has to meet the Truline name.
-
You know what's happening, every day.
We tell you when the crew's arriving, what they're doing, and when they're wrapping up. No strangers showing up on your roof, no wondering what day two looks like.
-
We stay reachable after the check clears.
Five years later, you can still call us and we'll still pick up. That's what a warranty is supposed to mean.
West Virginia born & built
This place is the reason we're any good at this.
We know the weather here, we know the houses, and we know a lot of our customers by name before they ever pick up the phone.
We've been at this long enough to see the difference our work makes twenty years out. Roofs we installed the year we started are still doing their job. The people we installed them for still have our number. None of that is going to change while we're still in business, and we don't plan on being anywhere else.
If you're ready to talk about your roof, the quote button is right below. Or give us a call. Somebody will pick up.
