These SMS Terms describe the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by TRULINE General Contracting ("TRULINE," "we," "us"). They apply when you give us your mobile number and opt in — for example, by checking the call/text consent box on our contact or quote form, or by texting us.
Program Description
When you opt in, TRULINE may send you text messages related to your request and our roofing services — including replies to your quote or inspection request, scheduling and project updates, and occasional promotions or offers. Consent to receive automated marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and your interaction with us. You will not receive an unreasonable number of messages.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. TRULINE does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
How to Opt Out or Get Help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation and will not send further marketing texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 304-660-3397 or office@truline.org. You may also revoke consent by any reasonable means.
Privacy

Carriers
